Limited Liability Company (LLC)
Number of partners: minimum one shareholder and one director, of any nationality. Maximum one hundred shareholders
Capital (max/min): no minimum share capital
Shareholders and liability: liability is limited to the assets of the company
Public Limited Company (PLC)
Number of partners: minimum seven shareholders and one director, of any nationality. Maximum fifty shareholders
Capital (max/min): no minimum share capital
Shareholders and liability: liability is limited to the assets of the company
Limited Partnership
Number of partners: minimum two partners
Capital (max/min): no minimum capital
Shareholders and liability: managing partners have unlimited liability for the company’s debts, whereas silent partners are only liable to the extent of their contributions
